Account data: email address and authentication identifiers when you sign in.
Content you submit: video titles, prompts, descriptions, and any photos you upload to generate thumbnails.
Generated outputs: the thumbnails we produce for you and your usage history (credits spent, styles used).
Payment data: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe shares only a confirmation and the last 4 digits.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, and basic analytics needed to keep the service running.

3. How we use your information

To generate thumbnails you request.
To manage your account, credits, and purchases.
To improve the product, prevent abuse, and provide support.
To send essential service emails (receipts, security notices).

4. Third-party services

To deliver the product we share limited data with the following processors:

OpenAI — your prompt, title, optional description, and uploaded photo are sent to OpenAI to generate the thumbnail image.
Stripe — for processing payments and storing billing information.
Cloud hosting and database providers — to host the application and store your account.

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy.

5. Photos you upload

Photos you upload are used only to generate the thumbnails you request. We do not sell your photos and we do not use them to train AI models. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

6. Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. Generated thumbnails and prompts are kept so you can access your history. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

7. Your rights
